My story, my dream, my project ...
Have you ever thought about making your dreams come true? To go after a desire, sometimes utopian? Or to revive a passion lost in you?
Why leave dreams inside when you can do, live and share?
Today, I decided to take over from the family farm after a few trips and a career in tourism.
A childhood dream that is finally realized, I am proud to be able to represent the 5th generation and thus, continue to live this farm.
"Le Champ du Pré", we can translate it by : "The field of the meadow". Why this name? A name that is both, singing and incomprehensible, is not it? In reality, it was the name given to the house on the notary acts of the eighteenth century before the place was called "La Pierre" translated by "The Stone".
It's in this 17th century farm, where my great-grandparents began to host people during the First World War.
Eating on the go, to have an active role in the Resistance movement during the war and the mutual help. It was the key word for lasting happiness despite of a time of pain!
« Devoting his life to be agricultor, without any free time, traveling or never sleeping in, but always having a smile on every face. The door open for anyone to come to our house for a night or an omelett», it was the motto of my ancestors.

Then, the 4th generation arrives, my parents. It was in 1992 that they decided to renovate everything: they transformed stables, pigsties & hay lofts into a bed and breakfast! Successful bet with on one side the joy of living and the decorating ideas of my mother and the other hand a devoted dad, patient and a really good handyman!
From this union, will be born 3 girls! And the 5th generation is coming, assured succession !
2017, the recovery, after so many years of love for this farm, its heritage, its history and the region!
We decide, my sisters an me, to take over the B&B and the agriculture in order to continue to develop this farm.
I like to call this house, the farm of memories, happiness, a great place to live !
We want to offer you a relaxing place, which combines comfort & discovery with a good mood and various activities in the area.
This project is the blink of an eye to our ancestors who managed to keep this farm intact through the centuries!
Even if they are not present today to encourage us in their own way, they must be proud of us!
We do have busy days at Champ du Pré. Indeed, we cultivate our fields to sell our cereals and also cultivate them in market gardening. We do some farmers markets and we sell our products on the farm. We will be happy to welcome you to introduce you to our products.
